My list won't upload
Newer versions of ViCiDial will work properly with most common list formats such as CSV, XLSX, TXT etc.
However, older ViCiDial implementations are not as flexible (i.e. GoAutoDial CE 2). For older installs, tab delimited TXT files are recommended.
You can convert the CSV to TXT file by simply renaming the file name.
If you need to switch formats between tab and comma (or pipe) delimited, try using a third party software such as CSVED.
