How do I restart my dialer?
If you have SSH access and and/or use a software such as Putty, Juice or similar, you can simply type 'reboot' in the command line and hit enter. The dialer with take 3-4 minutes to restart.
If this is not the case, press the power button on your server and wait for a minute or two for the server to shut down. Once the dialer has turned off, press the button again to power it back on.
IMPORTANT: Do not hold the power button. Shutting down the server abruptly might cause database errors and damage the function of the dialer.
